CRANSTON, R.I. – Sandra “Sandy” Friedman, of Hoffman Ave., died Aug. 13 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center with the comfort of her loving family by her side.  She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald Friedman.  Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Norman and Betty (Tabulsky) Block, she had lived in Cranston for 10 years, previously living in Warwick for 38 years.  Sandy retired in 1999 after a 17-year career as a customer service manager for Ross-Simons.
