We should all be exercising on a regular basis. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity a week. And sitting is a no-no. That advice is for all adults. Photographer Glenn Osmundson looked around the Dwares Jewish Community Center and found seniors engaged in a whole host of fitness activities. The folks on these pages prove exercise can be part your routine at any age. Whether you sit, stand, walk or swim, there is an activity for everyone. And even brief amounts of exercise are better than nothing. So get moving and warm up for winter.
