Keep your Hebrew conversation skills fresh

Posted

Have your Hebrew conversation skills become a bit rusty? Are you in between classes or growing tired of interacting online with Duolingo and want a break? Then join the drop-in program Tuesday evenings during August at L’Artisan Café in Providence.
Hebrew classes sponsored by the Jewish Alliance and Temple Emanu-El have ended and won’t resume until after the holidays. It’s the perfect time to get a little conversation practice.
Toby Liebowitz and Oz Koval-Zohar will facilitate the program, which is free. A $5 donation to support a family in need who is being cared for jointly by Temple Emanu-El, Jewish Community Day School and the Jewish Alliance is suggested.
Meet on Tuesdays, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Aug. 3-24, at L’Artisan Bakery and Café, 9 Wayland Square, Providence. No RSVP required. For more information, please email tobyaane@gmail.com or contact Larry Katz at lkatz@jewishallianceri.org, 401-421-4111. Just come ready to speak Hebrew.
