Use your DAF to pay dues

If you hold a donor advised fund (DAF), you probably know you can make grants from it to organizations like food pantries and animal rescues. However, you might not realize that synagogue dues may be paid with DAF grants! So when you receive that reminder in the mail, you don’t need to reach for your checkbook. Just submit a grant request from your DAF. For assistance doing this through a Jewish Federation Foundation DAF, contact Claire Uziel at cuziel@jewishallianceri.org or 401-421-4111, ext. 109.
