In the mid-forties, I was president of the JCC BBG group, first where it met on Benefit Street. It was totally shocking to me that a girlfriend my age, Judy Ann Leven, should be very ill and then die of leukemia. I asked our chapter to rename our group in her memory. It was heartwarming to know that the Judy Ann Leven BBG still exists and carries her name for remembrance some 65 years later. Thank you.
