This year, the Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island’s annual Super Sunday fundraising day was the culmination of an entire week of giving. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sunday, Dec. 6, was successful and Giving Week was even more successful. The goal was to raise funds for the Alliance’s annual community campaign. On Super Sunday, 20 volunteer callers raised more than $22,000 from 84 donors.  Also volunteering were 15 thank you note writers who wrote more than 200 thank you cards to donors who have already given to the annual campaign.  more
