CRANSTON, R.I. – Anthony R. Motta passed away on Nov. 5 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Sandra (Rosenfield) Motta. They were married for 44 years. He was a retired Rhode Island State Deputy Fire Marshal.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, retired Fire Chief Stephen A. Motta, and his son’s wife SaraLou of Westport, Mass., two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
