Arlene Adler, 89

NARRAGANSETT, R.I. – Arlene R. Adler died on Feb. 24, 2025, at South County Hospital after a short illness. She was the widow of the late Howard Adler. They were married for 63 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Hyman and Ethel (Alberts) Hochman.
She graduated from Hope High School in January 1953. 

Arlene worked as a supervisor in the market research field for over 50 years, retiring in Florida in 2001. She still maintained her home in Narragansett, where she lived until she passed away. 

She leaves behind her devoted son, Michael Adler, whom she lived with, and her ever loving daughter, Beth Fishman, and her partner, Philip Gerard, of Cape Coral, Florida, who cared for her the last 10 years in Florida. She also leaves two grandsons, Robert and Andrew.
She was the dear sister of the late Richard Hochman and his surviving wife, Ann, of Cranston.
