EAST GREENWICH, R.I. - Carl Lazareff died July 27 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Loraine (French) (Vertefeille) Lazareff. Born in Providence, a son of the late Morris and Rose (Yankelevitz) Lazaroff, he had lived in Warwick for 40 years, previously living in Providence. He worked for the former Construction Battalion Center in Davisville. Carl was a WWII Army veteran, serving in the 5th Army in North Africa and Italy. Step-father of Doug French and his wife, Donna, of Warwick, Brad French of Warwick, and the late Mallory and Pamela French. Dear brother of the late Louis Lazaroff and Mollie Feldman.
