Charlotte E. Miller, 89

SUN CITY WEST, ARIZ. – Charlotte E. Miller died July 15  in Sun City West, Ariz. She was the wife of the late Dr. Samuel Miller. 

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Henry and Fannie (Litchman) Kouffman, she had lived in Sun City West, Ariz. for two years, previously living in Denver, Colo. for 15 years, and Rhode Island prior to that. She was devoted to family and loved to travel. She was the mother of Hillary Handwerger and her husband, Kenneth, of Ann Arbor, Mich., Wendy Ettinger and her husband, Yisrael, of Jerusalem, Israel, Trudy Farrell and her husband, Morris, of Scottsdale, Ariz., Laurie Lerner and her husband, David, of Cheyenne, Wyo., Ronnie Buchanan and her husband, Jim Logic, of Glendale, Ariz., and Jeffrey Miller and his wife, Melanie, of Attleboro, Mass. She was the sister of Maurice Kouffman of East Hampton, N.Y. and the late Abraham, Albert, Samuel, Ruthie, Marion, Daniel, Joseph, and Leo Kouffman and Norma Packer. She was the loving grandmother of 12, cherished great-grandmother of 30.
