Jeremy D. Chaika, 50
FLA. – Jeremy D. Chaika died April 12 in Florida. He was the former husband of Ayessa Deleon, Marita Kozinda and Claudia Aguirre. Born in Providence, a son of William Y. and Elaine (Ostrach) Chaika of Providence, he had lived in Florida for more than 15 years.
He was a loan officer for Bank of America and was previously in the wholesale produce business in California. Devoted father of Rebecca Chaika of San Francisco, Calif., and Allen Chaika and Sarah Chaika, both of Boca Raton, Fla. Loving brother of Eric Chaika of Warwick and Daniel Chaika of Providence.
