Lawrence Field, 80

Cranston, R.I. – Lawrence Field died July 25 at Morgan Health Center, Johnston. He was the husband of Susan (Kaplan) Field of Cranston. They were married for 58 years. Born in Chicago, Ill., a son of the late Samuel and Rose Finkle, he lived in Cranston for 46 years, previously living in West Hartford, Conn. 

He was the owner of Field Insurance, retiring 13 years ago. He was a Korean Conflict Army veteran, serving stateside. 

He was a former member of Temple Sinai. Devoted father of Andrew Field of Bethesda, Md., Scott Field and his wife, Tanya, of Bethesda, Md., and Adam Field and his wife, Zenobi, of San Diego, Calif. He was the loving grandfather of Rachael, Juliana and Jessica.
