DELRAY BEACH, FLA. – Sylvia (Kleger) Gitlin died April 16. She was the wife of the late Milton Gitlin. She was born in Brooklyn, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Alice (Horvitz) Kleger.
She will be remembered as “tough and tender.” She was the rock of the family; she always took care of everyone.
She is survived by her children Bernard (Brenda) Gitlin, Selda (Harry) Goldberg and Leslea (Robert) Harelick; her grandchildren Scott and David Harelick, Andrew Goldberg, Jocelyn Deutsch and Melissa Jacoby; and nine great-grandchildren.
