President Donald Trump spoke before a packed House Chamber to deliver the annual State of the Union address in February 2019 which highlighted his major agenda items, an attempt to bring more unity to the sharp divisions in congress, and recognition of his guests which included a police officer shot during the synagogue massacre at a Pittsburgh synagogue.
